A: Absolutely not, any of those sites are completely a scam and stealing our content to make cheap ripoffs. The only official place to buy our shirts is from this website directly. When in doubt send us a message to ask, but currently there is ZERO officially licensed merch/designs available through other companies. Please do not ever buy those!
Q: CAN I TAKE CONTENT OR DESIGNS FROM YOUR WEBSITE AND EDIT / REPRINT THEM?
A: No, all our content and designs are copyrighted and it is illegal to edit or reproduce any of our designs or content for re-sale without our express permission. Failure to obtain official licensing and/or authorization may result in legal action.
Additionally, "Out of Season" and any associated logos / brand marks are registered trademarks of Out of Season LLC. (USPTO Registration Number: 7227762)
