The trail continues through the Nest discography with it's most dramatic entry, ebbing and flowing between melodic melancholy soundscapes and compelling progressive build-ups with enigmatic vocals and distant doomy guitars. It was conceived and recorded in 2003-2006 and involved five participants along the way including the vocalist of Agalloch.

This release brings 'Trail Of The Unwary' out on tape for the first time, and is the follow up to 'Woodsmoke' (GON120) and 'Fabled Lore & Hidden Stream' (GON112). It includes lyrics and drawings made by the artist to accompany the music, and also contains two alternate versions of older material as bonus tracks.
