Refund policy
Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
A: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are possible after your order has shipped, unless we accidentally mail you an incorrect item. If an item is defective we will need photographic or other proof provided. Any items found to be defective we will replace it free of charge, of course.
If there is extenuating circumstances after your purchase and your order has not shipped yet - we can discuss, just send an email - please note that all cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS A WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we are human and mistakes happen once in a while. If your order is not correct, please send us an email and we will get it right for you ASAP!
Q: CAN I EXCHANGE A SHIRT IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?
Clothing may be exchanged for a different size*** (see note below), but you are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us first before sending anything back so we can ensure the other size you want is still available.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. We will provide you the return address to ship your package to by email.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
***NOTE: Shirts which are shipped directly from our printer are not eligible for any returns or exchanges as we do not stock these items at our HQ and they are fulfilled by a 3rd party. All items with this clause are marked clearly in the header of the item pages***
You can always contact us for any return questions before or after ordering.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot ever accept returns on sale items, gift cards, mystery box items or items which are being fulfilled directly from our 3rd party shirt printer (see above note). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please fill out THIS FORM to get started. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. NOTE: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide free return labels if you choose not to keep the items.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us
