CD box set from dark ambient/symphonic black metal master VINTERRIKET! Started in late 1996 VINTERRIKET (Norwegian and Swedish for "The Winter Realm") was founded by German musician Christoph Ziegler in order to capture the dark side of Mother Nature. The first demo tape was released in early 2000 and since then, VINTERRIKET has been extremely productive, releasing a total of 6 demos, 13 studio albums, 11 EPs, 20 split albums and 12 compilations, some in very small editions. The albums included on this amazing collection are '...Und Die Nacht Kam Schweren Schrittes' (2002), 'Der Letzte Winter - Der Ewigkeit Entgegen' (2005), 'Lichtschleier' (2006) and 'Gebirgshöhenstille' (2008).
